Loss Prevention/Asset Protection requires one to wear multiple hats to be succesful and over the years I have acquired a full hat rack. From internal and external investigations using CCTV and Exception Based Reporting, internal and external interviewing, detaining subjects both physical and non-physical, leading a team on a single and multi-unit level, understanding safety practices as well as operations on inventory flow process and cash control. The list goes on. I have been very succesful in my career and await the opportunity to bring my leadership abilities to my next employer. I believe in being productive and setting goals to always lead by example.
