As the Organizational Development Leader, Business Manager, and Director of Training, I facilitated the vision and training for Challenge MFG. Using the adult learning model with an emphasis on kinesthetic learning, combined with integrating Cornerstone On Demand as our Learning Management System, our training team strived to continuously improve the quality and quantity of training and growth opportunities throughout all of Challenge's facilities. -created Department of Labor approved apprenticeship program for skilled trades within organization-developed curriculum to improve quality of training across company -identifed key areas in need of additional training-coordinated with outside facilitators to improve competence and confidence level of employees on trade specific skills-assisted in recruiting of positions across company-provided guidance for satellite campuses training programs-mentored and taught all leaders across the organization in the essential interpersonal and procedural skills need to increase retention and form strong leaders across the organization

As an instructor at the United States Army Command and General Staff College I am responsible for the education, mentoring, and professional growth of senior officers on their journey to become Lieutenant Colonels. More importantly I develop leaders and forward thinkers who will be agents of change. This instruction is delivered both face to face and remotely via web based collaboration to maintain continuity even during a pandemic.
