I serve as the techinal expert in assessing risk to the agency, while limiting liability to the agency, recognizing hazards, and implementing policy and procedure to protect the agency's assests. I develop Emergency Action Plans, Business Continuity Plans, policy and procedures. I am our liason between our insurance carrier reporting and following up on losses to the agency.
