At heart I am a writer consistently looking to grow and absorb knowledge. Between my ongoing campaign with Tiz Media Foundation as an office assistant, and the enriched experiences I’ve had at the Call Center in North Shore University Health System, I have developed a solid foundation of knowledge in administrative/clerical, inventory, and customer service. With hard work and consistent push towards perfection; I have earned three CARE awards for continuously exceeding the level of customer service expected in the call center at North Shore University Health System. Additionally, I have increased my responsibilities within Tiz Media Foundation for outstanding business ethic and the reliability to accomplish and complete all given duties. Some of these additional tasks include video editing, audio engineering, and student outreach for company projects and modules. One of the modules led to a seasonal position with Young People's Project where I was employed as a Math Literacy Worker. In this position I was given the responsibility to travel between Chicago Public Schools and bridge the gap between education and entertainment for children using a variety of interactive games and music.
