Specifically I am responsible for the upgrade and implementation of the companies Health Safety policies and procedures. We are striving to follow best practise guidelines in all areas the centre works primarily to ensure the best and safest level of care and support is provided for our members. We endeavour to ready the centre for clinical audit that will be required for future Clinical Commissioning, and so enable us to develop our services still further to people and families with MS.Through the management of a team of over 50 staff and volunteers I oversee the running and maintenance of the building on a day today basis from customer service and running of centre Centenary Cafe to IT support, cleaning, maintenance and gardening.The other side to my role is to generate income for the centre through commercial activity.
