At Aptera, I lead a highly skilled team of Business Intelligence developers. Project level responsibilities include coordination of all BI projects, capacity planning, time and effort estimations, system architecture, and technology evaluation. As a Practice Leader I am also directly responsible for the direction of the BI Practice at Aptera including vertical growth, hiring, implementation of methodologies, and evangelism of business intelligence technologies and strategies.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was privileged to work with global business clients to collect and communalize more than 20 disparate source ERP systems including SAP, BPCS, Vanguard, FORS, Traction, and several other into a master data management strategy and multi dimensional data warehouse environment for holistic reporting and analysis. I also acted in the capacity of Oracle DBA during my tenure here.

At ITT I was able to work as part of a team of very skilled BI developers tasked with building a multidimensional, multi-fact data warehouse and business intelligence reporting and analytics mechanism in order to better track the student admissions process.

At Walker Information I was fortunate to work with a significant amount of clients including several Fortune 500 companies in the designing and implementation of BI reporting and analysis mechanisms for a diverse range of metrics and KPI's including customer loyalty and retention, employee loyalty, and relationship management. I also played key roles in the identification and documentation of BI development methodologies and best practices.
