Hand Selected by the Royal Saudi Air Force, Directorate of Programs (DOP), Major General to lead a team of seven contractor personnel and assist mid-level officers in the program management of all airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platforms within the Kingdom totaling more than $780M; and assisted in the management of both C-130 and F-15 programs as required totaling more than $30.1B. In addition to managing RSAF ISR (L-3 and SNC) platforms, I was the liaison for all programmatic as well as technical communication between the RSAF and USAF leadership as well as C-suite personnel across Industry. I directly interfaced daily across multiple subcontractors as well as U.S. Government officials on both programmatic and contractual issues. In this unique position, I linked communication and advised both USAF and RSAF Senior Leadership in both short- and long-term strategic planning for procurement, deployment, and sustainment of RSAF airborne ISR capabilities. During my tenure, I was the liaison between the USG and RSAF for the Statement of Requirements (SOR) in the design and build of two (2) short range ISR aircraft programs, across two different industry partners, that included (2) aircraft, (1) Fixed Ground Station, (1) Transportable Ground Station, and (1) Mission System Trainer per program outfitted with the latest technology available. I successfully built relationships across the USAF in order to manage risks associated with the design and build of new aircraft as well as training of RSAF personnel. I leveraged relationships across RSAF and multiple USG organizations (SAF/IA, AFLCMC, DSCA, in addition to US & Saudi Embassies), as well as DoD industry to successfully ferry 1 of 2 ISR aircrafts under the second program to the Kingdom for interior modifications in support of Saudi Vision 2030 with the additional aircraft to be delivered in 2020.
