Formalized a report in Mathcad to showcase design criteria and design methods as well as strength and load calculations.Grizzly River Rapids Sensor Mount | Analyzed the reliability of adding new sensors to Grizzly River Rapids Attraction to increase throughput. Assed the job site to analyze the design constraints of the position of the new sensors. Designed a prototype to test the clearance restraints and reliability of the sensors signal strength. Created a 3D model, drawing, and manufactured new brackets to replace obsolete sensors.Attraction Testing | Collected acceleration, vibration and other data, and utilized load cells for Operational Test Plan (OTP), Attraction Test Plan (ATP), and other testing as needed at various attractions. Implemented a new maintenance procedure to increase the reliability of the laundry ironers and saved an annual replacement of $12,000 per bearing over 20 bearings across all ironers in the facility.Chicago Ironer Preventative Maintenance | Initiated a job plan for three incoming ironers. Met with vendor to discuss the frequency of the procedures on a daily, weekly, annual, and semi-annual basis. Coordinated with maintenance cast members to define the scope of each task and analyzed the workload and time associated to complete the task. Launched maintenance procedures for new ironers to improve life span.
