Read and comprehend entire tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) to ensure thorough understanding for accurate bid submission.To examine the site to determine the needs of the project.Schedule Technical discussion with client on the scope of Job and clarify technical queries.Evaluate load calculation, power plant sizing of Diesel Generator and balance of plant.Prepare comprehensive Commercial and Technical Offers based on the tender documents and site inspections. Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Power Plant Layout Drawings and Single Line Diagram using AutoCAD.Evaluate Compliance document and provide suitable relevant response.Prepare shipment related Invoice-Packing Lists for cross-border projects.Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) using Oracle NetSuite.Optimize the procurement process and follow up with the Purchase team to ensure on time deliveries.
