• As a Maintenance Delivery Manager at Auburn MaintenanceCentre my role revolves around a 24/7 roster, managing andleading a team of multi- discipline technicians deliveringmaintenance activities for Waratah, Waratah Series 2 andMillennium trains.• Working together with the internal and external stakeholders toidentify/ minimise risks to the network and fleet availabilitythough performing real time adjustments to plans and schedulesdue to network/ fleet issues, maximising availability andminimising contractual financial penalties.• Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders on theshift plan including exam schedule status, any MaintenanceCentre or outstation issues that has the potential to affectreliability or availability, any non-standard work occurring at anoutstation and any issues that are holding up progress of work.• Overseeing and supporting the Team of Mobile technicians at theoutstations throughout the Sydney Trains Network with theirdaily activities, called in faults of Minimum Operating Standards(MOS) affecting defects and liaising stakeholders duringincidents on the network.• Providing front line technical supervision and support to themulti skilled workforce in ensuring preventative maintenance,fault analysis and relevant rectification work is carried out to thecorrect standards and time frame.• Ensuring all contractors and employees on site are adhering tothe Zero Harm policy and quality standards including Drug andAlcohol testing.• Lead quality assurance and safety audits maintain relationshipswith customers, suppliers and contractors.• Identifying and investigating any Non- Technical Incidents andreport findings to higher management for review.• Manage the roster, to include training, submissions for leave andto organise overtime as required to meet the minimum staffinglevels per shift.• Raising Non- Conformance Report, including that of product orprocess, by reporting as per Policy and Procedure
