I am responsible for the Service Now Facilties Team who are responsible for the following general services routines: maintaining checks on meeting rooms/set ups,way finding signage upgrades,stationery cupboards checks ,on site pool car bookings,preventative maintanance of AV equipment comprised within meeting rooms & breakout areas across the Victoria Campus,Fire Route compliance checks,Internal Planting,Christmas Decs, incident reporting to site facilites Departments,security access measures for the car park area at Victoria Head Office.Delivers to Service Level agreements,driving efficencies & ongoing continious improvement within section. Promoting to maintain excellent buildings standards within the aquired budgetary cost,at the right value & providing stakeholders with excellent customer service experience. The team also provide logistical services for Buying Office directorates for Sample Sale exiting for the branch, Shoots and Reviews which generates Capital sales for Home and Fashion directorates within Branches and Online.The Team are responsible for overseeing the meeting room booking management & change request for the Head Office buildings. Lead contact, from Facilties perspective, who regularly engages with IT to input continuous system improvements & updates relevant facilties Admin users.I regularly monitor the response rates/completion times for service now request from the Facilities/Maintenance & Cleaning Departments in view to ensure relevant departments get the best utilsation of system.In my role, I work closely and effectively with on site third party agencies to facilitate future plans for meeting room upgrade/relocation/way finding signage & minor enhancement projects to space. I also closely work with site Maintenance/IT/PostRoom/Sercurity/Hospitality and Office Moves teams with a view of driving closer continuity amongst teams and improve building standards for the Head Office Campus.
