Over my 10-week internship I was fortunate enough to be exposed to Christensen Group's integrity and noteworthy group. I had a great opportunity to be introduced to their workflow amongst five departments that allowed me to learn the aspects of each business sector. While adapting and learning the business, I developed a passion in a very niche business. Shadowing top advisors, retirement plan consultants and mentors gave me an opportunity to understand the functions of how 401(k) plans are administrated, system management and ultimately how to improve client experiences with client engagement, software (RPAG), and consistent fiduciary servicing.
