● Plan and coordinate Ramp Services work at both domestic and international terminals in Perth. Includes loading and unloading aircraft, baggage make-up and cabin cleaning for all airlines.● Manage loading aircraft including securing items, checking safety locks and/or other safety devices, locking cargo doors and signing documentation to certify that aircraft has been loaded correctly.● Identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity of Ramp Services operations and make constructive recommendations.● Supervise a team of between 60-70 personnel per shift and organise manpower in accordance with the TSAQ work schedules.● Communicate effectively with all areas of airport operations, including duty managers, customer service supervisors, movement control and client airline representatives.● Conduct various administrative and reporting responsibilities, including the operation of communication and computer aids.● Act as Ramp Shift Supervisor including management and planning of team resources including manpower levels, rosters, annual leave, etc.
