As a Postdoctoral Researcher at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) for over three years, I have been conducting cutting-edge research on HCMV and its reactivation from latency in CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the field. I have applied my skills in cell culture, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy to investigate the molecular mechanisms and cellular interactions involved in stem cell fate and function.With a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Medical College of Wisconsin, I have a strong background and passion for studying the complex and dynamic interactions between microbes and the immune system. I have published multiple peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals, presented my findings at national and international conferences, and received awards for my research excellence. In my spare time, I enjoy playing board games, doing puzzles, and playing soccer.
