I am Aaron Dolan, a Financial Analyst with a strong background in Business System Management. I have worked the past 6 years in an Electronic Resource Planner called SAP Business One gaining valuable experience I can utilize in future job opportunities. I worked with a global manufacturer in the Automobile industry using my skills in SAP Business One to generate reports, help maintain inventory levels and analyze the accounting being managed in the system. I would report any findings through my analysis directly to management which included the CFO, Plant manager, PC&L manager and the President of the company. I assisted my manager the CFO, in month end closing activities, budget analysis and forecasting by generating reports for management to review. I also developed a process to roll up bill of material costs in SAP in order to move away from generating material costs in Excel. While I was a Junior Financial Analyst, I lead a project to implement barcoding into our inventory process. I worked with our SAP implementation team and consultants to complete this process to barcode any items being managed in SAP B1. I also assisted the implementation team on rolling out Inventory, Sales, Purchasing and Production modules within SAP B1. I started working for this company as a Business System Support Intern writing work instructions for each process in SAP B1. Through this experience I was able to effectively learn how to preform everyone's functions in the system making myself a valuable resource for the company. I would troubleshoot issues that users would have and learned how to write SQL queries to create customized reports out of SAP B1. Before I started working at Antaya I was a Student at the University of Rhode Island majoring in Finance. I had spent a semester abroad in London where I gained valuable experience through a internship in another country. While abroad I spent two months working as a Credit Control Intern. In this role I worked with the credit control team to contact credit union members to check on the status of their payments and freeze any accounts that were not paying the credit union.
