Evaluate product releases to determine training needs for internal and external resources and execute change management. Provide onboarding to new consultants. Advance continuous improvement by continuously evaluating implementation processes, tools, and technology to identify workflow improvements & leading practices. Investigate chronic issues with implementation to perform Root Cause Analysis and design solutions to address the problem statement(s). Develop implementation documentation using designated templates and organized structure, leveraging leading practice recommendations. Identify product gaps and present the voice of the customer to Product Management. Communicate and provide any necessarily internal training for the aligned solution. When applicable, maintain default configuration and environments for ease of deployment and adoption for our customers. Serve as the SME to the Instructional Designers to when developing Web Based Training (WBT) and ILT content. Collaborate with services leaders and services sales consultant with managing any applicable standard implementation SKUs (scope statements, assumptions, and hours by role). Mentor Project Managers on complicated projects to build custom implementation tasks and default schedules. Work in a fast paced, high energy environment while managing multiple initiative across multiple stakeholders. Work with stakeholders to prioritize efforts and projects based in a dynamically changing environment. Collaborate with the product team to continuously learn about the latest enhancement efforts and releases, communicate the learning to the services organization, and provide feedback to the product teams to improve the product based on the implementation experiences.

Establish an enterprise (Model) architecture to support a large IT transformation across existing applications and environments. Collaborate with other enterprise architects, solutions architects, and product management to define and document enterprise standards and best practices. Work on a continual basis to support and refine enterprise standards using client feedback and evaluating key performance indicators.

Consult with clients on Laboratory workflows, including current state and future state, and work with client to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to the client and project leadership, coach clients on data collection and system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associate consultants and supporting internal team initiatives.
