Project ends at the end of April 2024. •Oversee company constructing Wastewater Treatment Plant. * Develop wastewater treatment plans: Create and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term strategies for the wastewater treatment plant's operations. Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair activities within budgetary and timeline constraints.* Lead the wastewater treatment team: Guide and support the team responsible for operating the wastewater treatment plant, delegating tasks and responsibilities. Provide training and professional development to ensure high team performance and compliance with industry standards.* Oversee bidding process in establishing a vendor for the Operations & Maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.- On-site construction inspection and punch list- Equipment installation and commissioning inspection* Ensure plant safety and regulatory adherence: Comply with all environmental laws and safety regulations relevant to wastewater treatment. Develop and implement safety and emergency response protocols, ensuring the plant meets all regulatory standards.* Facilitate external partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants. Manage contracts for outsourced services, ensuring all work meets expected quality and adherence to timelines.
