Its cloud and software platforms, and systems and services enable broadband service providers (BSPs) to provide a range of services. The company provides Calix Cloud platform, a role-based analytics platform comprising Calix Engagement Cloud, Calix Service Cloud, and Calix Operations Cloud, which are configurable to display role-based insights and enable BSPs to anticipate and target new revenue-generating services and applications. • Responsible for growing the cloud services platform under SmartLife/SmartBiz/MDU to BSP’s (Broadband Service Providers) across the US/Canada & Globally to new logo’s and existing customers. • Heavy focus on new logo opportunities and growing existing customer through strategic selling techniques to help BSP’s grow their ARPU with value added software/cloud solutions. • Consultative approach to all of our customers to help them monetize their investment, increase ARPU and lower their churn propensity by customer.
