I optimize and reduce changeover time within a production shift for common EOE sizes by managing new modular conversion press system development; the modular system allows for production growth for low volumes initially on start-up, and as the production grows, the system can be adapted from 2-out to 3-out to 4-out production as sales volume accelerates.I acquired a new multi-axis Okuma lathe to increase rough machine capacity and a new Studer CNC ID/OD grinder to reduce the bottleneck in the current operation. We are evaluating a two-shift operation to add at least 9 employees for the additional shift.
