The Workforce Operations Programs Manager provides management, direction and leadership to Title III programs under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Title III programs include the public labor exchange, Claimant Reemployment, Veterans, Foreign Labor Certification program (H-2A &B), Migrant Seasonal Farmworker and Monitor Advocate program, and the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program. The programs administered are statewide in scope, affecting the services provided through WorkSource Oregon centers to over 200,000 job seekers and claimants.

Primary purpose is to supervise day to day operations in the WorkSource Salem office. Developing work procedures consistent with agency policy, establishing work schedules, and monitoring work performed by subordinates in order to meet agreed-upon goals, objectives and target dates. Assists the Area Manager initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with community partners for the purpose of integrating local services to broaden the range and convenience of services provided to employers and job seekers. Performed related duties such as conducting staff meetings, preparing written instructions for work assignments, resolving disputes and preparing narrative and statistical reports.Developed a scheduling system using Google Sheets to reduce workload inefficiencies, streamline the scheduling process, and increase opportunities for staff to attend training, increase skills, improve service delivery, and practice work/life balance.Developed a workload distribution system using Google sheets to improve employee morale, decrease inequitable workload share across team members, and decrease customer wait times.Manage the SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program) Training and Employment Program using innovative strategies to increase customer engagement and motivate employee's to actively find ways to support DHS SNAP recipients as they pursue gainful employment opportunities that lead to self-sufficiency.Created marketing materials for the STEP (SNAP Trainig and Employment Program) ABAWD (Able Bodied Adults Without Dependents) program as part of a workgroup. Personally responsible for creating the initial design elements and text information for multiple handouts and brochures. Provided strategic insight for developing a marketing strategy to reach homeless population in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill County.

Brand Development: Web Site development, social media presence, and logo design. I developed the company's multiple brands by identifying strengths and opportunities within the market. I manage the DJ profile listings on WeddingWire.com and TheKnot.com. Our WeddingWire.com listing receives some of the highest views and clicks of all the DJ listings according to monthly statistics from WeddingWire.Marketing: Advertisements, Sales Forecast, Product Media, and Collaborative Operational Strategies.
