I am Aaron "EJ" Webb, Founder and Principal Trainer of Achieve Performance and Wellness in Atlanta, GA. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with amazing athletes from the youth level to professionals competing in various sports. In addition, I also work with everyday people who are striving to be the best versions of themselves!My training philosophy is simple. I believe that if you train athletes/people with an approach that is based on a proven foundation, and expand with creativity from there. You will then be able to get them to perform with great efficiency whether in movement or lifts. Which will allow your athletes/people to begin to compete and function at a higher level.In addition, I also am the creator of Against The Odds Appare A brand that is focused on motivating people to continuously work toward their dreams and aspirations. Although the odds may be stacked against you, it is possible to achieve what you want with grit and faith.Outside of business, I enjoy simple leisure activities and finding ways to try and give back to the community.
