Have served for over nine years as a volunteer board member and financial expert, with six years serving as the Board President. Duties include overseeing board meetings, participating in government reviews, ensuring government requirements are being followed and overseeing the performance of the executive director. As a board member, we also participate in reviewing and approving grant requests, changes to policy, procedures and large financial expenditures. Additional duties include serving on the following sub-committees: Housing Committee, Insurance Committee and Audit/Finance Committee.

The Small Business Development Group at the Voinovich Center for Leadership and Public Affairs, which is part of the Small Business Administration, provides free consulting to small businesses in the Appalachian region of Ohio.
