Enjoy learning and just as well as teaching/training. Very good ability to develop training programs and execute them. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Able to adapt quickly and respond well to changing environments. Knowledge, experience and understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kiazen principles as well as how to implement and sustain them.
