• Assessed enrolled gymnasts to determine the most effective training methods. Assigned and coached direct report trainers in alignment to the assessments. Results: increased average enrollment of gymnasts in higher level competitive programming by >15% in one year’s time.• Managed customer relations by directly interacting with parents/guardians of students on a daily basis, emphasizing clear and frequent communications, providing direct feedback on the progress of each gymnast, and problem solving, as needed, to promote the growth and development of each athlete as individuals and as members of an overall team. • Traveled to several different states as a representative of Gymnastics Unlimited.

• Led three manufacturing department teams (Coborn, E.D.M, and V.S) with primary responsibilities to lead process efficiency improvement projects, provide manufacturing support, and develop and deploy training programs. • Analyzed process data, collected in collaboration with the Coborn department operators, to develop the business justification for the purchase of a new piece of equipment to increase overall department efficiency. Documented and presented the capital purchase request to the CEO and CFO for approval.• Designed carbide cutting inserts to industry standards using SolidWorks CAD software. Initiated and sustained direct customer interactions to ensure compliance to requirements and specifications.• Developed an improved technique, with greater measurement precision, to measure carbide cutting inserts using a SmartScope video coordinate measuring system and created the work instruction documents for the proper use of the SmartScope systems for use throughout the entire factory.• Designed and built a dust-free enclosure and new tray for the SmartScope.• Created an Excel database for tracking all measuring equipment calibrations throughout the facility. Embedded features, in the database, to provide visual, real-time tracking of most recent date of calibration and due dates for next calibrations.
