I am in charge of operations, manufacturing, designing and fabricating all tooling and processes, and process profitability. In 2022, we received grant funds through the Baltimore Base Grant program for a strategic re-launch of the brand in January 2023 including: LLC formation, website, teaching and training pedagogy codification, all product and service lines, and mass production tooling to better align with our new teaching and training pedagogy. In early January 2023, we will be debuting our new e-commerce website and product lines born out of collaborations with local Baltimore based actors and performers. Products and services in the tail end of development are masks and mask sets for Emotions, and a new Commedia Dell'Arte mask family rooted in tradition but situated to move forward into the future in an equitable and inclusive manner. I worked with the Department of Auxiliary Services on a project to analyze the feasibility of adding espresso based drinks to the menu offering at the Green Grove Cafe. I initiated and lead various aspects of the project through 17 months during my Undergraduate education at the Smith School. Ultimately, I was involved in Survey Creation, Survey Analysis, initial Financial Projections based on survey data and local market product prices, and the presentation of our team's findings to the Executive leadership of the campus. Ultimately, my recommendations to the administration lead to renovation, construction, jobs and revenue creation for the Universities at Shady Grove. The project moved forward and opened in March 2013, just prior to my graduation. All of my recommendations were implemented including price points, menu, complementary goods, days and hours of operation, and target demographic specific construction recommendations.We created four permanent jobs for students, and the cafe routinely has a long line of customers!
