-Managing a team of 9 ICT Field Support Engineers and providing Support in managing a further 10 Engineers to ensure that the service delivers a high standard of IT support across the designated region from York to Berwick. Meeting stringent KPIs and targets set by the customer (the NHS).-Ensuring that the Engineers are both up to date with competency skills and also that their needs are met in relation to their employment (particularly in ensuring efficiency with expenses, travel, allocation of work, etc). Also providing training and mentoring to Support Engineers continually.-Assisting with recruitment of new staff, including vetting job applications and interviewing prospective applicants to determine suitability for the role.-Dealing with any specific issues raised by customers about members of the Engineering team, to ensure that customer satisfaction KPIs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.-Analysing statistics relating to performance, satisfaction, speed, efficiency etc and report back to senior management on these.-Developing a mapping system to be used by the organisation to manage calls efficiently in terms of geographical location.-Liaising with senior management regarding the performance of individual Engineers and the team as a whole, ensuring that any concerns are understood and addressed and that the team is performing as efficiently as possible.-Working with senior management to plan and deliver projects regarding equipment replacement. Including having regard for overall budgets and providing the procurement team with several options of equipment procurement. Thereafter to co-ordinate large scale equipment deployment to customers-Providing technical support to the Field Engineer and customers GP practices and CCG offices ensuring overall IT provision is efficient and running properly and that equipment is functioning to a high standard.-Providing basic user training following installation of hardware or software.

- Highly involved in the Network Migrations, and resolving any issues or faults that arise from the migration. .- Dealing with 3rd party companies such as ITPS, Docman and Emis in the resolution of faults. - I am the first point of contact while on site during the migrations, and because of this i was to keep the site managers informed of progress. I also dealt with any concerns of the site that was due to the migration.- I also deal with other second line team such as networks and systems on the resolution of issues. - The troubleshooting of any issue and faults that call for a engineer to be on site.
