Manage multiple projects from inception through completion. This process included developing planning estimates with campus personnel, designers, and architects. Larger projects, $250,000 and greater, are developed into a 6 year plan that is submitted to the state for review. Approved projects are managed in collaboration with Department of State Facilities and the University of Wisconsin System personnel through design and construction. Other responsibilities included coordinating and directing maintenance, operations, and grounds through state and intercampus projects.

Managed the mechanical design review of the equipment and piping for a fully automated headworks treatment facility. Insured the equipment manufacturers designs were in compliance with the specifications. Coordinated the required power and control wiring for the equipment with the electrical sub-contractor. Worked with other disciplines to develop the installation schedule and plan. Managed and trained personnel for the installation of the equipment and piping systems.

Start-up Engineer - Jensen Ozonated Water Treatment Plant, $80 million water treatment plantWorked as a start-up engineer for an ozone water treatment facility. Coordinated activates to keep everyone informed and safe as the plant came online. Trained plant personnel to run the equipment. Assistant Project Engineer - Haynes Repowering, $240 million power plantResponsibilities included management of project control budget, compiling potential change order estimates, executing owner change orders, and writing various subcontracts.Steam Turbine Engineer - Haynes Repowering, $240 million power plantInstalled the power plants combustion and steam turbines managing millwrights, iron workers, and pipe fitters, installation works plans, and the needed materials and tools.Instruments and Controls Engineer - Haynes Repowering, $240 million power plantInstalled the monitoring and control instrumentation for the entire plant.
