The Relationship Officer (RO) is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of Top Personal Banking clients to achieve profit; business growth; and customer service goals consistent with the Bank’s objectives. The RO keeps abreast of business developments; competition and critical business issues to protect and grow market share. The RO also creates; builds and deepens the clients’ relationship with the Bank by offering customer-centric advice and solutions.

- Handle all products & services of the bank for both personal and preferred clients: Deposits, Credit/Prepaid/Debit Cards, Consumer Loans (Personal/Cash, Auto, Housing, Business), Investments (UITFs & Mutual Funds), Life and Non-Life Insurance, Bank Payroll Facility- Accomplish and consistently excel Quarter and Annual Sales Targets- Plan, organize, coordinate, and conduct Caravan, Office-to-office, Payroll, and On Call activities as well as ascertain effective and efficient activity implementation for each- Actively perform Area Mapping activities in search for new caravan or payroll venues with high production potential- Present the bank's Payroll Facility and manage existing payroll accounts of companies/schools/organizations/institutions within the designated area- Conduct product presentations and Financial Awareness seminars for companies, schools, businesses, and other establishments- Spearhead and support the community engagement activities of the assigned area- Perform Client Calls as needed- Perform personal network and campaign Call-outs- Conduct regular Branch Visits and establish harmonious and dynamic business relationships with all partner branches within the assigned area including business centers- Comprehensively and accurately submit weekly production reports and activity proposals on time- Perform administrative work as required- Ensure proper compliance and fulfilment of BSP policies, procedures, and guidelines- Dynamically supervise assigned Field Sales Staff- Report directly under the supervision of a Field Sales Division Manager

Main Accountability: - The Sales Associate is accountable and responsible for the overall achievement of all sales performance and business objective of the assigned Sales Personnel, Trading Area, Products (Assets and Liabilities), Services, and New Markets specifically in the aspect of Income, Share of Wallet, and Market Penetration.Duties and Responsibilities-Accountable and responsible to build and strengthen relationship with School Heads, Principal levels such as but not limited to the Department of Education.-Responsible in ensuring that all budgets, quotas, business objective of my assigned territory are met and exceeded by implementing effective sales tactics.-Assist in all Feasibility, Planning, Cost, Control, Leading, Organizing, Implementation, post Activity Evaluation and Liquidation of all but not limited to CSR and other similar or related programs and projects in my assigned territory.Specific Responsibilities:-Responsible for ensuring that targets, budgets, and KRAs of his assigned territory are met.-Responsible in ensuring that the business growth of his territory by coming up with sales tactics.-Provides inputs and suggestion for policies, strategies, concepts, for sales & marketing.-Perform excellent customer service to all clients according to the established corporate standard.-Implement company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and sees to it that they are properly complied with.-Accountable for submission of all required reports from the trading Area and to ensure that all reports are complete and timely submitted.-Helps in providing the Head Office support team with the needed data and market information and implements agreed action plan.-Suggest innovation or improvements on Sales & Marketing processes and procedures.-Assist in the timely and efficient Redemption, Billing and Collection.
