o Provide budgetary pricing with drawings or without drawings (using prehistoric data and square footage pricing) o Assist the senior electrical estimator in finalizing and reviewing each project. o Prepare a detailed project proposalo Review all documents provided by the general contractor o Complete a detail take off on electrical drawings, read, reference, and incorporate specifications given for that project in addition to implementing the NEC and local Codes.o Determine any discrepancies on the electrical drawings before a project bid is submitted or after notice of intent to be brought upon the general contractor and the electrical engineer for discussion. o Track all RFI’s, VE options or price changes due to new drawings sets. o Participate and prepare cost details and project information for internal turnover meetings between the estimating department and management department once awarded.
