• Designed an extrapolation model of customer payments that identified customers who are expected to pay late or pay with insufficient funds. Redesigned the late fee structure to prevent future late payments while increasing working capital by $40M.• Identified and led an intercompany reconciliation project across multiple business units that resolved a false $5M accounts receivable balance by designing and implementing numerous SAP and JD Edwards customizations to eliminate false shortages from being reported.• Lead multiple strategic projects across multiple business units that generated in excess of $1M in working capital savings, with another $25M of working capital savings identified.
