Each of our carriers have to meet our strict qualifications which include, but are not limited to: • Being in business for at least 1 year.• Having a minimum of 5 trucks.• Having the appropriate amount of insurance to meet all of our customer’s needs. Some of the ways we serve our customers are:• We check call all driver’s a minimum of 2-3 times daily. • Updating our customer’s twice daily as requested by them.• We are available to driver’s and customer’s 24/7.• By always knowing where our trucks are.We take pride in the work that we do and strive to exceed all of your expectations by taking the stress of the logistics world away by working with great carriers and also by working as a team. Every broker at RQL has access to each load so information is available to our customers 24/7, regardless of whether the original broker is available at that time or not.
