Daily Responsibilities:1. Morning Routine:Prioritize urgent client and candidate communications.Scan industry news for relevant information on Tech, Project Change Management, Finance, and Accounting.2. Client Engagement:Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs in Tech, Project Change Management, and Finance/Accounting.Provide market insights and trends in recruitment for these sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Use various channels to source potential candidates.Screen and interview candidates for roles in Tech, Project Change Management, and Finance/Accounting.4. Job Advertisements and Market Mapping:Create job ads to attract top talent.Conduct market mapping to identify key competitors and talent trends.5. Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Regularly update the ATS with candidate information and progress.6. Industry Research:Stay updated on industry changes in Tech, Project Change Management, and Finance/Accounting.Provide clients with market trends and talent insights.7. Collaborative Meetings:Engage in meetings with the recruitment team to share market insights.Collaborate with colleagues in other sectors for cross-industry opportunities.8. Client Presentations:Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing potential candidates.9. Negotiations and Offer Management:Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates.Manage the offer process, including presenting and closing offers.10. Administrative Tasks:Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and managing contracts.11. Continuous Learning:Participate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on recruitment best practices.12. End-of-Day Review:Reflect on the day's activities and plan for the next day's priorities.

Working Directly With Area General Manager Alan Leach, and also working closely with our other Sales Managers in West Wood Clontarf, West Wood Sandymount & also working with our recently aquired 3 new Multi million facilities located in Aston Quay, Westmanstown & Dun Laoghire. I am fully responsible for managing the membership sales and marketing function at West Wood Leopardstown which would include Phone, SMS, Email & Corporate out reach.

Working directly with Area manager, Alan leach, and Membership Manager Gavin willis.In my first 6 months of working with West Wood, I sold 424 Memberships. Over my 1st year i sold 1083 Memberships. Over my 3.5 years I have sold over approximately 4000 memberships. My position in West Wood Club would intail jobs such as:Converting incoming telephone enquiries into tours.Explaining the benefits of West Wood gym to potential clients. Explaining the benefits of Cardiovascular & Resistance training to potential clients. Generating new sales.Supporting all promotional campaigns. Corporate marketing activities. Supporting lead generation programming.
