Created and updated software for Deicing and Anti-Icing systems using C/C++.Was responsible for reviewing any software documentation prior to release. Created and debugged software to analyze an automated system designed to test and record the data from the firing of multiple actuators during temperature changes. The software I designed would analyze the given data and determine if and where any associating failures during the test. This data was then given to electrical engineers to resolve any possible shorts or electrical failures detected. Updated software and cleared out errors for the Navy 's PCU and MCU pylon emulators. The emulators GUI was written using WinForm (C++) and made use of the Ballard USB adapter for 1553 communication. Wrote software as part of a project to track the life cycle of the multiple actuators in a given system. An FPGA sends a continuous stream of the actuator data using a USB to RS422 serial converter directly to the PC. The software parses the relevant actuator data and display the updated record asynchronously. Microsoft Winforms was used as the GUI for the project.Updated code to increase the amount of ARINC channels and programming logic to compensate for added sensors to measure air speed and liquid water content.

The Elms College Helpdesk provides technical support for members of the Elms College community. We maintain all campus computers, including those located in the computer labs, classrooms, and staff and faculty offices. We also maintain a fleet of office and computer lab printers for the college.In addition, the Helpdesk provides a wide range of support services to enhance the end-user experience, from training on the use of classroom technology to assistance with connecting devices to our secured wireless network.

At the internship, I've worked on various projects; the main one being the ongoing expansion of the Data Center. The process involved all of the steps to get the servers up and running, which include: properly inserting NIC cards and SFP modules in the required ports, physically installing them into their proper cabinets, wiring, troubleshooting, giving them IP addresses and labels and finally using Remedy to declare that the servers are up. I've also had to complete requests that were sent in the form of Tickets, and complete the problems that the ticket sender has faced. All of the resolved problems are then documented for the companies future use.
