Led Super Concepts, at the time one of Australia’s largest specialist SMSF administrators and a subsidiary of ANZ, on an interim basis whilst it was undergoing a divestment process.It was a challenging time for the team leading up to and post the announcement of the divestment to AMP (SuperIQ) and I helped them by openly discussing their concerns and working with the business leaders to better prepare them for change. I inspired the team to rally around the clients to ensure that their annual tax returns were completed on time and the business achieved its highest completion rate in the last five years. Collaborating closely with the deal team, I assisted ANZ to achieve a positive divestment price and orderly handover to the new owners.
