I'm the Chief Executive at TelXL, a fast-growing Contact Centre technology vendor based in the UK. Virtually the whole of my career has been spent working with wholesale vendors, focused on building and operating cutting-edge communications, CCaaS and Customer experience technology solutions for delivery through the channel. I have gained extensive hands-on experience through a variety of Product and Operational roles that saw me assume the CEO role at TelXL in October 2020.I'm based at TelXL's head office in the Midlands and have overall responsibility for the growth and success of the company. My vision and real passion, is in taking innovative technology and implementation best practices to the wider channel market, that ultimately enables businesses to give their customers exceptional experiences.I'm a firm believer in the value of learning and developing a growth mindset, where every day can be a learning day. When it comes to business, and for me personally, I believe in doing the right thing and in respecting others peoples journeys.Outside work, I have three young children and a wife that makes everything possible.
