• Responsible for organising and maintaining a whole branch rota of over 100 staff• Working with upper management to help meet monthly and yearly store performance goals• Empowering and supporting other colleagues in their development and training. • Member of Waitrose Partner Voice (group of elected partners used to discuss and decide on a variety of branch and business issues)• Responsible for the store out-of-hours as a keyholder and duty manager• Organising and managing teams to achieve a high standard of efficiency during their shifts• Ensuring training, including compliance of health and safety procedures, is up to date.

• Serving customers and advising on meat and fish products, using advice gained through training and experience• Fulfilling customer orders• Ordering and stock management to help improve wastage and sales• Preparation of both meat and fish products.
