Directly under the plant manager, I supervise all plant-level operations to assure all of our equipment and facilities are in the best physical condition and appearance. This will, in turn, enhance the value of EVCO to our customers. I am also tasked with communicating company operations and safety standards to other employees. I supervise our small maintenance staff in the Oshkosh location. With their help, we maintain EVCO’s equipment and machinery. This involves plumbing, fluid power troubleshooting, electromechanical troubleshooting, telecommunications, fixture design, welding, fabrication, and the development / implementation of plant-level preventative maintenance systems.
