Practicing mental health counseling while also establishing a personal meditation practice since 2015, I am always seeking the cutting edge of what makes humans thrive. In my clinical practice I've been drawn to helping romantic partners develop a safe and secure connection - one that science is showing us enhances resiliency and reduces pathology. I draw from several treatment approaches including mindfulness- and somatic-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brainspotting (BSP). I have recently began conducting Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy groups - 8-weeks of approx 26 hours of teaching and meditation plus an hour of formal meditation practice each day. I'm passionate about finding the right fit of therapy and/or meditative practice to each person I work with. It's always an honor to be invited to participate in a person's most vulnerable areas of their lives.
