• I designed and delivered the curriculum, lectures, and assessment activities (e.g. HW, exams, clicker problems) while managing teaching assistants.

• Collaborated with researchers at the Advance Light Source in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and Naval Research Laboratory to elucidate mechanistic details regarding heterogeneous catalysis on solid oxide.
• Techniques used included, ambient pressure X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (APXPS), near Edge X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (NEXAFS), and near infrared radiation (NIR) imaging.

Discussion: Prepared talks to supplement information given by the professors and made practice problems to better exemplify topics and discussed them. Also aided professors with the general direction of the course and examsLaboratory: Lectured on chemistry topics and how they are practiced in a laboratory setting and supervised students’ performance in.

Taught guitar in a variety of methods: private instruction, classroom instruction, band leading, and instruction to other music teachers on how to run their classrooms. Performed throughout the continent of North America with various groups including, Might Could, Luz de Riada, The Funk Ark. Also worked freelance gigs. Continued my music career on the side.
