Preparations included working with the end user on upgrade timing, imaging, TMP/ Bit Locker hard drive encryption, app deployment through SCCM, and inventory management.

Main projects included new work station deployment, conversion of all workstations from Windows XP to Windows 7, and disposal of outdated workstations and equipment including inventory management and hard drive wiping. Tool used to wipe hard drives was Blancco.Other duties included using a ticket management system to track the troubleshooting of workstations, printers, phones, applications, and network connectivity.
