I am responsible for many functions of the marketing team including project management, email marketing, reputation management, marketing research, and marketing administration. In my role, I designed a new marketing request process to increase efficiency and organization. Under my procedure, our marketing team switched to a ticketing process where offices go to a landing page and fill out a request form that I built. I created and manage the marketing ticketing email account to receive requests, where I then take the request and build it as a project in our collaborative software, Basecamp, and then outsource the work to my team and assign due dates based on our current queue of requests. I act as the liaison between my team and the requesting office to ensure constant and thorough communication to provide quality services. In my time in this position, our team switched our email marketing to an automated software called HubSpot. I am sent 114 excel sheets of updated patient lists weekly, and am responsible for uploading all new patient contact info to our contact lists for our monthly newsletter. With our lists growing month over month, I keep patients engaged by sending monthly emails/newsletters to our patient base. I manage the Google and Yelp pages for all 100+ offices, where I update the content/info, and respond to every patient review. I am also responsible for Neon Screens, our in-office TV advertising program. I compile all of the content and build the ad/content loops that patients see in waiting rooms.

I was the single corporate marketing intern for the company's nationwide internship program. Over my 10 week program, I was responsible for projects in the fields of demographic and competitor research, branding and design, social media, content planning, shopper marketing, website updating, email marketing, blog writing, and data analysis. I was responsible for leading a radio advertisement campaign, that covered 9 states, in which I used the company's prior demographic research to target specific genres of radio to run brand awareness advertisements on the air in our target zip codes. I presented my research on market competition of our top 10 competitors to our marketing partner company for our annual update prior to the start of fiscal year 2022. I created multiple consumer panel questionnaires to gather customer feedback on the company's customer service and overall product satisfaction. I created all of the company's social media posts that were posted in the month of August 2021. I was responsible for providing a face-lift to the company website by updating links, posting the latest blog writeups, and testing our web-capabilities to provide feedback for the IT department. I sent mass emails to our clients on the latest company updates, as well as crafted emergency emails for the company to send its clients in times of delivery delays due to weather. I also created the "Natural Disaster Playbook" to provide clients with a plan for their propane to stay safe when natural disaster strikes. I provided monthly report updates on our social media account performances by accessing our social tracking data on Agorapulse.

I developed sales skills by selling ads via cold calling local businesses and encouraging companies to sign up for chamber events. I attended professional business luncheons which helped me develop speaking skills and an ability to form new connections and relationships for myself and the chamber.
