My practice focuses on environmental review of development projects, land use issues, and regulatory compliance counseling. My experience includes advising clients with respect to environmental due diligence for real estate acquisitions and compliance with complex lead-based paint regulations, and working with property owners and environmental consultants on New York Brownfield Cleanup Program projects.
