I have worked 16 years in the access industry and have used a wide variety of machines in that time ranging from 17 metre mewps up to 90 metres. I enjoy a challenge and am always looking to better my operational knowledge. I am passionate about the access industry which has made my current position both enjoyable and successful. I am customer focused and always ensure I adhere to safe working practices I have a strong ability to lead always delivering and exceeding set objectives by demonstrating planning and organisational skills. I am an individual who is capable of taking control of situations and working within a team. I am highly self motivated and adept at meeting changing circumstances. I am a strong individual who will work hard to achieve my goals whilst remaining flexible to the business requirements.
