With my 16 years of dedicated service as a CNA, I bring all of experience and providing compassionate care to patients and support their well-being. My journey and healthcare has been marked by a commitment to excellence and passion for improving the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in psychology with the focus on clinical psychology. With the ultimate goal to get my doctor in clinical psychology, I want to specialize in supporting healthcare workers with their mental health and well-being. I have honed individual skills and patient care, communication, empathy, and teamwork my experience as a chief steward for my union at McKenzie Willamette has further equipment with expertise and labor relations and negotiations conflict, resolution and advocating for the rights and well-being of fellow healthcare workersAdditionally, I probably serve the president of the state board of nursing which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance leadership and plan within the healthcare industry. Combining my background as a CNA my leadership role within the union and my expertise at the state level I am uniquely positioned to Burch, the gap between healthcare practice and mental health support for healthcare professionals.
