About Aaron Griffiths

Aaron Griffiths has over 25 years of professional experience in the F&B and luxury hotel industry, Aaron worked with Cachet Hotel Group as President of South East Asia, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for 15 years. Most recently on the opening teams for the Landmark Mandarin and Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and the Mandarin Tokyo. In addition to these positions, Aaron’s career has taken him all over the world to places including Hawaii, Bermuda, Jakarta, Macau, Manila and Washington D.C. He was Partner and Managing Director at David Laris Creates, where he inspired food and beverage concepts for Swire Hotels as well as several other luxury brands. Aaron studied commercial cookery and hospitality in Sydney, Australia, and is also an avid mountain biker.
