Responsible for liquor, beer, and wine ordering. Also for inventory of that product. Writing cocktail menus, doing training sessions for full FOH staff, scheduling, staffing, setting up cleaning protocol. Only left because the restaurant closed.

Keeping clean and organized a $65,000 inventory wine cellar curated by Master Sommelier Jesse Becker, ordering, inventory, training, and full-time serving.

Rüdesheim, Germany

Working the fields from 4am to sundown, afterwards assisting in the pressing, fermenting, and bottling of wines- as well as cellar cleanup and sanitation, monitoring wines, and helping schedule.
