Helped build construction parking division as a new vertical within WhereiPark's scope of expertise. Focused efforts on identifying General Contractors with construction projects that require off-site or remote parking areas to be utilized by the subcontractors working on site. The parking requirements at a project range anywhere from a few parking spots, to several hundred spots at a time. Thus we develop flexible parking solutions to meet projects’ changing demands.We source parking through leveraging our partnerships with property managers, owners, and parking operators that have excess parking available at their properties.We also have access to real estate data that allows us to get in touch with property owners and managers to form new partnerships in locations surrounding the construction sites we assist with parking.When required, we also source and coordinate shuttles required to get workers from the parking lot to their job sites, and back in a timely manner.
