• Experience 6-8 years in the Global Data Center Capacity / IT Solution and Project management role (CRE/Data Center/MDF/IDF builds, consolidate and move). • Experience in communication with all levels of Real Estate Space, Data Center Management & Operations and IT organizations.• Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management Software using Aperture• Creating Overhead Diagram, Rack Elevation Diagram and High-Level WAN/LAN Network Design for Data Center, MDF and IDF in Visio. Producing Power requirements, Heat Dissipations and UPS requirements. Strong Visio drawing skills. Producing Heat Map for Wireless using Aruba and Cisco.• Management experience and building staff (Data Center Engineers and Operators).• Perform best practices in IT (Network Management, Systems, Server Cluster, Data Storage, Documentation, etc.).• Responsible for planning project plans and maintaining master schedule, and teamwork assignments, managing and monitoring work efforts of the project team on a daily basis including 3rd parties.• Maintain a Capacity Management forecast data center strategy supporting trending and capacity management modeling. • Providing feedback on status and the performance of all internal/external resources to their respective to the stakeholders.• Interacting and coordinating the communication to all project stakeholders to understand their requirements and find technologies solutions to enhance the work effort/processes.• Tracking and reporting key milestones, risks and budgets and updating project plans and resources to meet the needs of the stakeholders.• Experience financial management ownership, budgeting, building BoMs (WAN/LAN/Wireless Equipment/etc), cost allocation and process.• Experience with Collocation support & SLA’s• Experience working with IT Application Development/Engineering/Operations/PMO teams to asses cutting edge technologies impact on Global data Center environment, power, space, cooling and more.
