This has ranked the state in the top 15 of the 54 geographic units (50 states plus Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia) each year. This is an extremely rare accomplished, achieved by only a few of our competitors. Served as Vice Chairman on the Recruiting Advisory Council Board to maintain continuity and develop policy between national headquarters and a field of 750 recruiters across the nation.Led a decisive, comprehensive and highly successful “pivot” to online recruiting and retention methodologies in light of the Covid pandemic. Made heightened use of social media marketing and communications methodologies, highlighted by vigorous Facebook and Instagram presence. The Connecticut National Guard achieved 102.5% of authorized manning.
