Prior to The Chicago School, Aaron was a Development Officer for the Providence Holy Cross Foundation, Director of Development for the College of Health and Human Development at California State University Northridge, and Director of Development for the Frostig Center in Pasadena, a school and research institution dedicated to improving the lives of children with learning disabilities.
